The choreography is from Project SEKAI, a Vocaloid rhythm game developed by Craft Egg and published by SEGA. Colorful Palette released the game globally under the name Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage. The song name is "Ifuudoudou" if you play Project SEKAI but it's also called "Pomp and Circumstance" sometimes. The person singing is Giga a.k.a. ギガ. This specific cover is not on Spotify. He simply doesn't let himself get attached because 1.-He is burdened by the guilt for all the people he had to kill before Morax saved him.
