Well as a programmer myself with a minor in animation, I can assure you that CGI animation, even when it's super basic, is quite involved. So it would make sense to recycle animation to save A LOT of time.

Her torso and sleeves remind me of the rr corset and sleeves in royale high, the heels remind me of Dear dollie, the skirt reminds me of Cherry blossom skirt 😂
