Ooh good question. I think I found it on the mmd english wikipedia. LAT_TSUN EDIT~ 2.0 or something like that. The site should provide download links. If you can't find it, say so and I'll have a look when I'm back on my desktop.

Cheers. I did just throw this together with the models that I had. Also that isn't a Konata model, its another Miku model, its one of the 'Append' ones. I'm not sure how I would bring the models in together using this stage, if I was any good at creating motion, I could make one walk up and down the catwalk...
