Brady made a joke saying he could have been bought for 20 million. The ESPN false report is that had 11 or 12/13 balls deflated which was false and they had to apologize and retract. It was only one ball and the MIT professor who hates the Patriots used the GAS law to proved it was just the cold weather and science and said he would stake his career on it. Brady didn’t admit anything it was a joke and people don’t understand context not science apparently.

People should also read the Mike Florio paper on how the NFL covered up the fact that the following year of Deflategate the NFL had built an analysis. That analysis would end up substantiating the ideal gas law theory and in order to avoid any future litigation on that matter the NFL legal counsel Jeff Pash recommended that they destroyed all the data and the analysis that was accumulated during that year.

What everyone, including Breer, never seem to include in the deflategate conversation is that, if deflating the balls was so noticeable, why didn't Andrew Luck notice it and address the issue with the refs?

Good God. No one remembers the Ideal Gas Law. No one remembers how the NFL didn't publish their experiment of football inflation measurements the next year after deflategate. Why didn't they? BECAUSE THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF THE IDEAL GAS LAW IN ACTION. No one remembers how Brady had better stats after the Colts brought the deflated balls to the attention of the NFL. How can Rich forget these facts?

@mathewbarry4464 You probably have read the Mike Florio article or you have seen his KZfaq video on the subject. I just happen to write a comment on the subject. It was Jeff Pash who recommended the destruction of the data and the analysis. That event was actually treated like the guy who is wrongfully accused of a murder. When he gets arrested it’s front page news in bold characters once he gets cleared he gets a few lines in small characters on page 15 or something like that.

Brady’s deflategate “admission” was just another way of making fun of Goodell, who spent over $21M on an investigation that reached the most wishy washy of conclusions (i.e. that Brady “more probably than not” was “generally aware” that someone “may have” tampered with the balls). Brady’s basically saying, “Look, if you had just told me that’s what you were willing to spend to look like an idiot, you could have just given that money to me, and I would have lied and made you look like Sherlock Fucking Holmes.”
@michelleblanc6377
@michelleblanc6377 24 күн бұрын
I totally agree with your take on what Brady’s joke was about. Also the article that was published by Mike Florio last year about the cover up of the information that was collected by the NFL the year following the Deflategate scandal pretty much exonerate Brady of any wrongdoing in an attempt to get some kind of unfair advantage. It basically was only the ideal gas law that was responsible for the variation of the ball pressure due to differences in temperature between the locker room and the actual field. Nothing else.
@wjadragon6782
@wjadragon6782 24 күн бұрын
Deflategate was a joke, please drop it. Do we all forget 3 of the 4 Colts balls tested low and 5 guys did not have the time to do them all in 15 mins but one dude could do them in under 2. The first ball tested, the intercepted one was first measured by the Colts trainer on the sideline (illegal act) that was the only ball that was way out of whack.
@michelleblanc6377
@michelleblanc6377 24 күн бұрын
Who can tell what happened to that ball that was out of whack. If you measure the pressure wrong you might deflate it by accident. It is almost like crime scene evidence if it is no longer handled by the referee who knows what can happen to the pressure of the game balls. It is almost the same as breaking the chain of custody on evidences collected from a crime scene.

@@michelleblanc6377 One thing is that Colts trainer should not even have had a the gauge on him on the sidelines, rules violation never addressed. If you remember they told us we had to believe the ref that he had properly measured the balls, he was trustworthy and knew his stuff, until he said us used the air gauge and showed no issues, then they said nope he was wrong he used this gauge. :)
@michelleblanc6377
@michelleblanc6377 24 күн бұрын
@@wjadragon6782 the use of 2 gauges is creating a variance that you would declare a ball not within the limits for one gauge and within the limits for another the reason for that is all measuring instruments are imprecise. Therefore to get around that limitation you use the same measuring tool to all the items that you want to measure. This was one of the mistake that was brought up during the inquiry of deflategate is that two gauge were used to measure instead of using the same one for all the balls. The problem is let’s say you use gauge A for the Patriots balls which has a negative variance of .5 PSI and gauge Brie the colts balls who has a positive variance of .5 PSI.. Let’s say the balls all have a pressure of 12.8 PSI. In this case what would happen is you would declare the Patriots balls as under inflated and the Colts balls as good for game play. If you use the same gauge for all you either call them all under inflate or all good for game play. You do not have different results depending on which gauge you used.

@michelleblanc6377 Think basicly that is why the first judge tossed the case out, no real evidence. The second case the NFL won was not for blame, but as a cooperation, they had the right to enforce punishment either way.

The best part about deflategate is that other superbowl winning QB's have openly said they did it. Other teams have done it since. All they got from the league was a "hey. Make sure you guys check the PSI for us." its so stupid.

Another clip of RE on the “therapy” for the Pats was in fact therapy for the rest of the league, and opposing fan bases who for 2 decades were salivating for, and completely jealous, and hateful for anything, and anyone Patriots. It’s very delicious confirmation to every Pats fan that all the years of us telling you to enjoy what you’re seeing vis-a-vis anything Patriots has finally come due. It’s not gushing admiration we as fans were trying to advise, it’s turn of the hate, jealousy blinders, and respect what they accomplished. As far as “deflategate”, another attempt to justify in opposing fan mind, as the ability to go back there and say “we told you so” is so far off base. It was the ultimate stick it in your face joke. Where the jokes on you for analyzing it that way. Suspension bridges have metal separators between sections for expansion and contraction. Like history, and science proves, temperature and weather can make the biggest and smallest things expand, and contract. But when it comes to the Pats, and jealousy, science does not compute. Just happy the consensus has turned to amazement at the accomplishment

People worry more about guilty or not guilty but Brady still continued to dominate the league winning almost 80% of his games played. He had a preference. It didnt define him. Its like overtinting the windows on your car. Does anyone really care. Laws get stretched or broken all the time. Its not life or death. The other point is how many guys messed with footballs and how many teams stole signals that didnt get reported? Brady was a target. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that footballs or things in general lose air when it gets cold. My intex hot tub loses a ton of air when the temp drops. Its all subjective. Opinions are based on biases. Tom is the man...except against the Giants ;-(

I live in Indianapolis. Deflate Gate was really about now EX Colts Fired GM Ryan Grigson (where is he today?) trying to cover his azz and deflect blame for the Colts getting blown out by the Patriots in the 2014 AFC Championship Game 43-22. Colts got their azzes beat and Grigson is the one who complained to the NFL about the footballs. Baltimore mentioned it to the Colts before the game after the Ravens lost the Divisional Playoff game to the Patriots. BUT the Ravens were smart enough to bait Grigson into complaining about it. Which also leads to the question if the Ravens suspected it was an issue why didn't the Colts bring it up before the game? If the Colts had won the game Deflate Gate would have never been brought up. It was ludicrous at the time because Patriot/Brady haters actually believed all of Brady's NFL success was because he was having balls deflated his entire career. That's what they really believed here in Indianapolis and I took wrath from fans for pointing out how ridiculous it was... Talk about hysterics....
