* EDU x IMMIGRATION: as Lee is an amateur hyperglot as well, he can cover the MMU 0.x in any language as the target countries have many migrant students with much higher math poverty percent shares than the native students (e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, etc). Although Lee speaks 15 languages, he can speak almost any western languages at the speeds that are normally considered to be impossible.
* FINANCE: To generate the surplus annual government incomes much faster (partially to manage the OMMU projects with MMU 0.x to have the sustainable births for the population managements)
* ECONOMY: To end the government debts/GDP ratio fast (especially for the G7, EU)

* AI (as many countries started to create the new Ministries about the AI): to create the MMU UBI if the collaborations with your governments become fruitful. This Ministry will be related to the rest of the Ministries above.
Lee has no track records on the following yet, but he already has the numerous patent ideas which are suppsoed to be far more powerful than any existing Renewable Energy schemes. (So, Lee tries to build the credibility with dozens of countries via his MMU 0.x series first. Once the initial repuations are established, he intends to end the global shortage of the water and energy simultaneously.)
For the regions with the serious water shortage crises (e.g. Middle East and North Africa (MENA), especially the Persian Gulf, Central Asia, South Africa, Mexico North part and Mexico City.
