As some of you may know, the Burnsville yard used to run a predominantly Python fleet before converting to CNG. They had Pythons on LEs, Condors, and these WXs. These trucks were all sent to other yards still running on diesel - the Condors are just about completely retired and some of the WXs and LEs live on. About a month ago, this truck and a Python on an LE showed back up in the Burnsville yard - both transfers from the yard in Northfield. Kinda cool that Northfield never changed the yard on the door so they both came back bearing the Burnsville name. I’ve been relentlessly trying to find one of them on route, but the WX has been just about everywhere and the LE hasn’t really left the yard. Last week, Minnesota Garbage Kid found this truck running a yard waste route in Bloomington, and I immediately went to join him in filming it. Since this is one of WM’s contract areas in Bloomington, they pick up any cart that’s set out from the old open collection system, which explains the few non WM carts you see in the video.
I was super excited to find this truck because an identical one picked up garbage at my house for a few years. I switched to HD video about the same time that Burnsville went CNG, so I wasn’t really able to get good video of these trucks. It’s tough to see it in such rough shape because I remember when these were brand new. A huge thank you goes out to Minnesota Garbage Kid for telling me about this truck’s route - this video wouldn’t be possible without your help.
Enjoy!!

Waste Management, this video was for entertainment, not intended to get the driver(s) in trouble. If there is anything wrong with this video, correct the driver(s) rather than punishing them, so they don’t make the same mistake in the future. I do not want any drivers to be punished because of what I am doing.
