I have seen many rookie groups perform in MAMA and sometimes they get nervous and the performance may come out dull.But SKZ are on a different plane.Confidence ,ENERGY ,Charisma .In short they made it their own stage

all mama performances in japan was using a backtrack that as loud as the actual stage mic, and they just singing in comfort zone, but stray kids trying to harmonize their own voice with the backtrack and they even screaming / growling to be heard that they are indeed not lip syncing

Japanese fans are the best. Never they did turn off their lightstick & have muted responses while a group is performing. No wonder they are number one in terms of music consumption in the world, they appreciate great music regardless of the language.

you know what I really like about this performance? A lot of the big performances in mama tend to have fancy stage settings/props or concepts, that sometimes it's hard to focus on the actual singing and dancing. But stray kids filled up nearly 7 minutes of stage just with rapping, singing, and dancing, and these were enough to make their performance so eye-catching and energetic. That's why I consider this as one of the best mama stages... and I hate mnet for not inviting them this year :(
