Instead of parking on streets which make the city look so messy, multi story car parks should be built, so as to save space and leave the streets with less clutter

If bicycle lanes are built in Manila, a journey that will take 3 hours in congested manila by car, will take only 15 minutes by bicycle , saving huge amount of time, since a bicycle wont get stuck in the traffic jam . Once people realize that huge time is saved traveling by bicycles, more people will cycle instead of use cars, which will then reduce traffic congestion in the city .

Sidewalks and pavement in Manila and Philippines need improvement to make it easy for pedestrians and cyclists to move around easily . Look at Singapore and see how easy it is to travel around almost anywhere in Singapore, Using just a bicycle on pavement+ cycling path and foot path .
