Looks like the purpose of this song. This song has some broken Swahilli in it so it was already a Panafrican song from the start.. now even more so.. the spirit of African Unity lives on

Can't be. It's Mauritian creole. Michel Legris, my dad wrote the song (Sega) in 1972. Asake Yoga took it from him.
