Yeah. Him and Tim foust are like neck and neck to who can go lower. Tim beats him by a few more notes. But over him and Tim are insane

Literally ANYTHING from these boys is AMAZING, when they had their original member Tony still with them, they always did amazing work, and now he's gone and they have J None, they are still amazing and continue to be so.

I've been a Voiceplay fan for awhile. They used to sing at Universal Studios in Florida. About 3 or so years ago they competed on the Sing Off like Pentatonix, and Home Free. Rachel Potter was on the American version of X-Factor but didn't win. She has collaborated with Voiceplay on a few other videos. Phantom of the Opera is just one of a handful they did together. Since this Video, they have a new member named J None. He replaced a member of the group that was not in this video.

VoicePlay are an acapella group similar to Petatonix or Home Free but put more emphasis on acting out some songs. They have so much fun. Geoff (bass) and Layne (vocal percussion) both worked in Disney theme parks in the past so are well used to having a lot of fun. They do everything from singing, scene setting, choosing costumes, planning and mixing the songs , etc. Very talented bunch of people. You can't go wrong with any video they do. I believe that Rachel appeared as the little mermaid in some Disney production but I've forgotten the detials. And appears in their Little Mermaid video.

Rachel Potter was on the American xfactor a few years ago and has a solo and Broadway career. She was also featured in voiceplay's cover of Chandelier and Phantom of the Opera. Her original song "Live the Dream" features many guest appearances including Ricky Martin. Voiceplay's was another Singoff group. They're competition was the same year as Home Free. Another of their great songs is "It's not me" featuring John Penta Jr.

VoicePlay consists of Layne Stein (beat boxer), Geoff Castellucci (Bass), Earl Elkins (Tenor, Big guy with blonde hair), Eli Jacobson (Tenor/Baritone, Bald guy)...Original lineup had Tony Wakim (he's in most of their videos still) but he left the group and has been replaced by J. None. As mentioned in someone else's comment, they competed in the Sing-Off...the same season as Home Free. Auli'i Cravalho was the Moana voice actress and singer on all songs in the movie. She's from Hawaii and kinda looks like Moana irl. :)

Geoff castellucci ranks right up there with Avi Kaplan and Tim Foust, he's an awesome bass and does a lot of the arrangements, and Rachel Potter is incredible, she was in Wicked and has a wonderful voice. Their Chandelier cover is awesome. Also, check out the Disney Love medly, it's Kirstin from PTX and a group called Voctave, it's sooooooo good!!!!!!!

@@jadonneher4033 avi tim and geoff have the same bass range but different types Geoff specializes in chest and subharmonics Avi with fry notes Tim with growl notes

@@johngeo5816 Tim has the widest range. In Low notes i think they have the same range but different techniques. But Tim can go the highest in High register using Falsetto. Some people aren't impress in Tim's Fry/Growl technique but that is so impressive especially for a person who has a high voice in them. He just mastered the growl and fry technique in order for him to go lower. And for those who don't know Tim taught Avi some tips in order to go lower.

Avi is outside the fence (which isn't a diss considering he sings low). It's really between Geoff and Tim. Tim may have the lower register....but Geoff's bass is stronger and he can sing a falsetto high alto/low soprano

VoicePlay lost to Home Free on the Sing Off Season 4 but have collaborated with Home Free on a few songs. The VP bass (Geoff) actually arranged HF's "duet" of Elvira with the Oak Ridge Boys! Also PLEASE react to Home Free How Great Thou Art! When it was released, it scored 1 million views in 3 days. That should tell you something!

I see you haven't done anymore reactions to Voiceplay (at least that I could find). I'd can't recommend them enough. "The Oogie Boogie Song," "Queen in 5 Minutes," "Warriors," "Panic! in 5 Minutes, and "Trapped: Billie Eilish in 3 Minutes" are a few of my favorites.

I just recently found Voice play too and honestly I love the stuff I've watched. What got me into them is their Panic! At the Disco in 4 minutes part 1 and 2, they are so freaking good! I love it! You should definitely check it out!

Hello :) I can Help you a little with there History and Names : * Voiceplay is an only Guys Acapella Group *They were Part of Season 4 of the Sing Off * Rachel Potter sung a few Collabs with them like : Phantom of the Opera , Attention , I knew your in Trouble ...etc... And To there Names of the Guys and there Singing Parts ( top left to bottom right order ) - Eli ( Tenor ) -Earl ( Tenor ) -Layne ( Beatboxing ) - Geoff ( Bass ) I hope it helps you .. Honestly, I think their Little Mermaid medley is better than this one, despite the fact that I was never a huge fan of that movie. The songs they did from Nightmare Before Christmas are all incredible, as is Friends on the Other Side. And then there's Hoist the Colours: before watching it, prepare a space on the floor, for your jaw.
