The docks spot does require teamwork, but there’s a bug where if you shock it then unlock it, you get both open without using team work.

If you open the spot on the docks without unlocking it with the warden’s key you don’t have to do it with a partner

For unlocking the gas canisters, you can make the jump over the fence solo to unlock it
