I remember being in TX making $2.13 an hour. Here in WA we get minimum wage ($17/hr). Makes a HUGE difference! Now servers/bartenders can really make some money! I own a mobile bar biz. I pay my staff $25/hr and my bar captains get $30/hr. Plus their tips! I'm so happy to give my staff what they are worth. I love owning this business. I love your channel! Thank you 🙏!

I am like you...I have a collaborative mind set. There's one girl here in my town that has her own mobile bar biz too. We have teamed up on lots of events together and we have helped staff fir each other too. There's no need for competition. There's plenty of work to go around!
