I love my backbone . The Kishi can kick rocks , band on the back wears out and becomes loose after awhile . And I play my Xbox , ps4 games fine through my iphone . Streams good

Thank you for pointing out the advantage of hardwired controllers. Seen so many of these reviews that complain of the lag on these cloud services whilst neglecting the lag caused by Bluetooth. I've tried using an Xbox Series X/S controller and Kishi/Backbone. The lag difference is night and day. Borderline unusable on bluetooth, near indistinguishable when hardwired.

I used it on my ps5 to play the Diablo 2 beta and it was AWESOME! For more simple games like that it’ll be good. Depending on your phone size some more AAA games may require larger screen size. Games ported to the switch have accounted for this where with streaming your ps4/ps5 or Xbox through your phone things may look pretty small.

My son got the backbone but I’m looking at the kishi. Does the kishi feel more stable when the phone is connected? It looks like it has some kind of frame mounting. Whereas the backbone feels a little flimsy, like if I were to grip too hard or flex the sides would simply pop off.

I've heard of the phone is a bit thinner the left side of the Kishi wobbles a little since it's not actually attached to anything, but that's only if you're pushing downwards which won't be all that often

I have a kisi for my android device. There's only one thing that bugs me about the razor kisi. It supports call of duty mobile on its, but not on android. I just don't understand why. It's not a huge deal because I mainly brought for Xbox game pass, but I did want to use it with call of duty as well.

I like the Kishi for the most part, I’m just concerned when the elasticity is going to wear out on the “belt” part of it. Might go for a Gamesir X2 as a backup in case the kishi ever breaks on me, and then 3D Print replacement parts to make the Kishi usable again.

I admit it’s expensive but worth it,if you got a great deal of Games you plan to play with it,I subscribed to Stadia 1 month free,Microsoft will be releasing Cloud Gaming for IPhone this Spring like Stadia by using website but they did already release it for Android through Xbox Games Pass App,Backbone need to make an Android version but I tried IOS & Stadia Games on IPhone with Backbone and and it’s pretty good

These devices only work with Games that has controller support but it’s possible to make Kishi more compatible since the Android version has App that lets configures controller to the physical one you’re using but if Kishi has Bluetooth than it’s possible

I will have to correct you on that one. Been using my S21 Ultra with the Kishi for a few months now. I'll give you that it feels a bit weird, but nowhere near Kishi not being compatible with it.

I just use a logitech F310 with a USB->USBC dongle that came with my samsung galaxy phone. Zero lag, has worked in everything so far (Gamepass, retroarch, etc) it was a $25 controller. and it feels exactly like the PS3 controller. which was a fantastic one. If it broke tomorow (had it since 2014? 2015?) id probably get a kishi, but most people dont know. most PC controllers will work. Get the USB adapter and youre good - or if you have a bluetooth one, that will work. check your PC peripheral box in your closets fellahs lol

Before those with a Moto G Power (2022) buy the Razer Kishi and plan on playing while charging, the Motorola doesn't support pass through charging, or at least mine doesn't - So before you play, make sure your phone's at least at 30-50% charged

I haven’t gone through too many cases, but it doesn’t fit with any case I’ve tried yet. It’s a fairly tight fit on most phones, so my guess is that it isn’t going to fit with any cases on. There may be the rare exception to that though. Maybe an ultra slim silicone case on a thin phone.

Step one: Pour some rum out for Jobu. Step two: light seven candles with a wizard hat in the middle. Step four: proper maintenance. Get yourself some good beard oil like @scotchPorter or Grave Before Shave. Don’t wash it with soap every single day or you’ll dry your hair out - unless you’re in the gym daily. Condition it regularly with a good beard conditioner from one of the two suppliers I mentioned. Oh, and get a boar bristle brush for grooming. The bristles absorb oil and have an exfoliating effect. Don’t know if that directly aids in beard growth, but exfoliating so you don’t have clogged pores couldn’t hurt? lol

Kishi supports Android which means it has more Gaming Choice like Xbox Game Pass but to be clear thats coming to IOS real soon by playing it through web like Stadia but another reason is Android will have access to Emulators but thats also possible on IPhone if you Jailbreak it or do Side Load download so it all comes down to the Smartphone not the Controllers and Backbone only supports IPhone right now

I just ordered a Backbone One on this past Sunday and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I’m excited to get it. I love technology so I had to get it even though I don’t game much anymore. I Was always interested in mobile gaming but never can get good at using on screen controls. Hopefully this helps. Hopefully it will support Xbox soon as I wait for the Series X to be available.

I have both. Backbone for on the go gaming and kishi for at home stadia. The backbone button won’t load up the stadia pop up menu but the kishi’s home button does. If it wasn’t for that I would use the backbone for stadia.

The Backbone software is too expensive, $70+ a year. You need an adapter to fit iphone 13 so what happens the 14 or 15.

Backbone is bad because only iPhone and kishi is bad because cod mobile doesnt allow a wired connection on every device (which is dumb). So far, the xbox powerA moga grips are the best

Went to get a backbone, turns out unless you're an early adopter (conveniently after the review windows have done their thing) you now have to pay an $79.95AUD ($50USD) a year subscription. What an absolute joke, and is a shame given it did feel really nice.
