This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. The model for this home is the “Alexandria.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,525 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Great floor plan.. I think taller ceilings and full finished sheet rock through out would take this home to a much higher level. It deserves those upgrades.

Love the layout, but would change some things. Walk in pantry incorporated into primary closet, drop in tub instead of stand a lone. Also ADA changes.

I love this house, walk-in pantry; kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space; bedrooms and closets are nice size. The one area that I will never understand is why you would install or want oversized windows in the master bath and place the tub right smack dab in front of the windows.

Id opt out the tub in the master bath because of the windows. The rest of the home is nice. Love the kitchen and pantry.

Love this Pantry, Gorgeous Home and Immaculate Designed and Perfectly Spacious room's.The Living Room is Gorgeous and Spacious.The Dining Room Is Really Nice With Plenty of Room and The Glass Door Looks Amazing with The Sunlight shining through..The Kitchen Is A Perfect size..The Decor team has done an awesome job... The wood trimmed vent hood pattern is herringbone. The copper on this home's vent hood is called sheeting or flashing, I believe. I personally like a microwave above the stove, otherwise it eats up counter space somewhere. Very nice home.

Livingroom kinda small.Good dining area size. Pantry!! I'd like glass doors on the cabinets on other side of kitchen. Show my crystal glassware. Love that it has a den. Why why do they put the tub in front of windows??? Like the shower with the black. Nice walk in closet. Very nice house. Thank you for the tour!

Hello Chance! Good video! This is a very nice place! There are enough rooms for me to have my Library Music Studio Office Rooms, and for Husband to have his Gym! Love the Pantry! There's enough space for Grandma's China Cabinet in the Dining Room! The furnace and water heater are in the Utility Room where they belong. There's no space for a freezer in there though, and that's a bummer. But as we will build a Garage outside that back door in there, we'd also put in a Storage unit and a freezer space and a pet shower. Would need a Gas Cook Stove. Gas fireplace in both the Den and the Living Room (one or other will be our Living Room and one will be my Library). The Master Bathroom will need a Handicapped Tub installed instead of the tub shown. But I like that Shower! Only thing needed in it is a seat, and we can put one in ourselves. Not sure about the amount of room in the water closet. Regardless I'd remove the wall around it as it's inconvenient for me, especially with my claustrophobia. Maybe turn the commode facing the sinks and move it down the inner wall a little bit, after outer wall removed. I think I'd have a Pocket Door installed instead of the door to the bathroom; in the closet as well. I wonder if you installed a Pocket Door in the Pantry, if that would give you room to put an Upright Freezer in there? Be nice and convenient if so. Need porches and patio's and decks all around, to the garage anyway. Carpets in the room we use as the Living Room, in the Master Bedroom and in the Office and the sitting area I'd put in my Library. Notables from Georgetown: Nolan Ryan, former Major League Baseball player Granger Smith, singer-songwriter, Country Music, 2016 BMI Awards won the BMI Country Award, 2017 IHeartRadio Music Awards nominated for Best New Country Artist. This is a nice mobile home. I love the windows above the sink in the kitchen.

You can always tell when an architect doesn’t have a bad back-they make you bend, bend, bend into the plethora of lower cabinets while making the easy to reach uppers practically nonexistent

Wassup Chance? I just love the pantry, and definitely the fireplace, I'd make that family into a gameroom, and add a second fireplace with brick or stone in the first living room and have that as a family room.

Towards the end you mentioned your headed north east. I was going to ask have you considered the upper mid-west? Dakotas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa. They build houses different up here. Primarily for cold weather conditions. I like seeing the houses you show but they are more structurally designed for the southland. Just a thought.

The word for the finish on the stove hood is patina. I believe it means the worn look finish or something like that.

Definitely needs more upper cabinets in the kitchen, instead of a blank wall put upper cabinets. The island should have Drawers over doors style cabinets.

Georgetown, TX, home of Amber and Granger Smith, along with their kids, Lincoln, London, and Maverick. Country music singer, and soon to be preacher of God's word. The Smiths, here on the tube. GREAT family in the Lord. Check em out. I love their channel and message and you would, too. Love the layout, but that hallway/doorway beside the fridge to the den area is sort of narrow. Not fond of the copper inside but love it and how it will age outside. Just change the stove to LP gas and the sink to one that has the slide tray things, and make the island cabinets all pot drawers and it'd be perfect in my book. Take care, papa Chance

Nice layout. Don't love the kitchen but it's nice. I really don't get why there are so many fixed windows now. I can't deal with Windows that don't open. One here or there is fine, but kitchens def need windows that open!

Question is will last home last like my 24 year old Solitaire has? Can’t beat their solid 2x4 and 2x6 with solid plywood floor and roof decking along with exterior plywood sheathing construction! Let me not forget the 3/4 inch drywall for all of the interior walls! The only thing missing is the sound proofing interior walls!

Love the kitchen, but they need to reconfigure so that the pantry is in the kitchen, not the dining room. In the master they need to dump the tub, waist of space. Without the tub, they could expand the closet and shower. Shower bench is always a nice touch.

Beautiful home. Love the floorplan. I love copper, but I HATE the kitchen vent hood and the island front. That looks awful. The family room would be our library/study. Need room for all our Bibles, Commentaries, Genealogy reference books, etc., and a couple of desks. 😊

This is pretty much my floorplan, but there are several things that are different. We did a lot of upgrades. I wonder why they didn't put the cabinet at the end of the counter/cabinets (across from the sink) with the built in microwave? In our master bath the stand-alone tub is not diagonal, and both of the windows are behind the tub. Put up darker curtains or privacy film in the bathroom if you are concerned about neighbors.

Like the home but needs a few changes like that master bathroom is very nice but no windows that open. The water heater in proper room but needs to be more easily accessible behind a regular door. The sliding glass door opens wrong, should open from left to right so that door opening is on kitchen side for easy access in and out not right to left so you have to go by the big glass Payne to get outside.

Nice kitchen but no nuke. I agree needs full tape and texture and wood shelves and rods. I know, it's just my thing but, I want medicine cabinets above the bathroom sinks. Floor plan is good for what it is. Needs a seat and niches in the master shower. Details. Nothing major.
