Wasn't the first smartphone made in 1992 tho? It was just not looking like that one in GTA VC nor GTA SA (of course it's a GTA V phone mod in SA why wouldn't it be 😂), so Claude should've had a smartphone in 2001 but apparently he chose a Nokia 3310 and I can understand why :) but in GTA vice city it's completely unrealistic to have a smartphone in the 80s 🤓

The phone is different for each person in GTA IV like Luis and Johnny have a different phone with different contacts and the camera can be used for missions but other than that its almost useless

How can i tell, what protagonist's fully interactive phone first added in GTA IV (4). before this game mobiles was exist as way to communicate to the quest givers to have some quests. this is just a mods. (And GTA: San Andreas breaks the timeline because the IFruit mobiles is started to sell in half of 00' (like in real life)
