This was an extremely well explained video, as an electronics engineer it makes me beyond happy that you explained from the architecture and used so many metaphors for the people who might not have understood the first time. UI stands for User Interface yaani ki simple language me usse launchers jaisa bol sakte hai. Google launcher mein nexus jaise menu, settings wagera hoti hai and dusre launchers mein unke khuudke customizations hot hai. IOS matlab apple ka interface, ZenUi matlab zenfone ka khudka mobile ki settings , and all that. I hope aapko thoda thoda clear hua hoga UI k baare mein .
