I have just checked, Molly died in October 2013, I am not sure about Dolly (sisters), she is possibly still alive. They spent 6 years there after park was closed, for first 3 years someone was hired to look after of bears, but after that man was sent away and bears only survived because of help of local people.

A symbol is representative of many things. Instead looking at how much damage the people who used it did, look on the bright side. A little research goes a long way.

Frontier land is now a state campground. From what I've seen in the state page there is the old buildings are gone and new roads, new horse area, restroom/staff area and RV spots.

I would agree it is kind of odd to see it now from what it was from what you remember last time as a kid. LOL. I think when we were all kids in some point in time that we all hope places like this would never close down because it was a very fond memory in our childhood. And to come back to see something like this the way it is now. But you know how it is having a business like this some of them are only good memories. And some like Frontier town most likely couldn't keep up with the times due to x, y, and z reasons here. If I may ask this here and its for my curiosity sake here. Since I do running a channel on youtube with some odd little tech stuff, vlogs, and me playing pool and how badly I play at it. Maybe you can shed some light on this. How do you go about documenting places like this without getting into trouble of some sort. I would usually like to keep things on the up and upwhen doing shoots to something like this. I know when i go vlogging and start filming myself in the local pool hall. I usually check with the guys in the front in advance to make sure that its okay. And won't get kicked out for not asking in the first palce. I do realize some place won't let you record on the premises due to vertain reason. And I am usually cool about that. Rather be safe than sorry for not asking. But that is usually when they are open for business. But when it comes to something like this where its run down and the brush is heavy makes it a little bit more difficult to do it properly. Any thoughts or suggestions about this? Since I am north of the border here. The laws in Canada are slightly different than it is in the States.

Haha checking for ticks has become a normal ritual for me.

Mobile, This may help with the ticks if you care to try it. 500 milligrams of garlic oil daily will keep ticks and mosquitos off of you. They will not bother nor will any other parasite. I can guess what you may be thinking but the odor goes away after a day or two and no one will smell it on you. It certainly beats spraying yourself with poison and it works naturally. Costs less too.

We used to put garlic in dog food to keep ticks off our dogs. Seemed to work!

It does work. Take a drinking straw and insert it into a piece of hot dog and pull it out. It will leave a hole just the right size for a garlic oil capsule. The dog has eaten it before he knows it.
