I did have the problem that when I close the screen it didn't power on, I took off the magnets and put the original from the cracked screen, and same problem, then I removed the glue that was on the magnets and I put some Crazy glue, and finally works!!!!

hello, thanks for your all perspectives. I am having the weak magnet problem you mentioned in the video. This happened after the screen and chassis replacement at the Samsung authorized service. Are the magnets embedded in the main case or are they assembled later ? Is it easy to repair magnets with strong magnetic attraction as before?

They are simply adhered in. Not to difficult to transfer over. A quick fix it to put one of those small magnets you'd find on an iPad mini digitizer on top of the new magnet to increase its magnetism which does the trick while still fitting inside the phone.
