I had initially gotten out of the hobby when tiny whoops were starting to gain popularity (and were still brushed). Coming back into the hobby my first quad was a TH2 (the white ducted one) and I have owned at least 4 of them because I loved them (and they are kinda trash on the electronics side). My last TH2 malfunction frustration led me down the Mobula 7 route mostly because it boasted ELRS capability. And boy do I thank you for sucking Emax. This little beast ROCKS on 1S! Superior range, pretty decent video (with a micro loli in place of the dipole) and super tight handling right out of the box. My first Mob7 ended up in the bottom of the lake. So I ordered 2 more.

Incredibly helpful video thanks! I did the binding in Betaflight that you mentioned, all I had to do was set the radio ELRS to use 500Hz instead of 1000Hz, on my RadioMaster Pocket. This allowed me to bind without having a battery in the drone, which means I didn't need to remove props during binding.

Newb here. Got about 8 flights on mine so far and I am impressed. My starter was a TH3 but the VTX ant got messed up, so got one of these, along with the Zorro elrs controller. Super fun drone and the VTX range kinda blew me away compared to my Baby Ape Pro.

I just ordered one of these. My Tinyhawk 2 is a POS that won't arm half the time when I try to fly it. Unfortunately all of my ELRS is 915mhz so I had to also order the 2.4ghz module. I'm looking forward to getting this. I have been so busy or it's been so cold or rain & snow that I have barely flown anything in a few months now. This thing will get me back in the air.

Thanks for the info. If you remember awhile ago I was looking for a dedicated elrs controller. Now that has happened, I'm thinking about the Zorro with elrs, and making this my first elrs drone.

Great video this video is been out for year and is the first time watching it and the reason is that i got me the mob7 . My came out with the crossfire receiver but i took it out and i install a elrs receiver. I think that i have to do some setting in mine to make it flight better thank you.😊

Hobby wing USA sells it pre bound to jumper t pro elrs, now for 199$, it's almost too hard to resist. I went with eachine 800dm there smaller and have diversity. Love the video

Nice demo. I wonder what antennas you used for the Skyzone 04X. They looked like Foxeer Lollipop but the Mobula 7 VTX antenna is bipolar. Not sure if we get the best VTX reception with the mismatching antennas

I have this lil baby coming to me in the mail from Banggood, along with some batteries for my Radiomaster Zorro. I can't wait, it's quite promising looking. I currently am flying about the meteor 75 and I love the way that thing handles, I'm hoping the Mobula7 is similar/better. About the only thing I'm going to do to it is swap out the battery connector if I can.

Hey man, nice review! Combining this guy with lite radio 3 + elrs nano + ev800d would be a good deal for a complete beginner(never tried actual FPV before except a bit of sim with ps4 controller)? Hii Thanks for rewiew. I have mobula7 elrs and I like it. The problem is I fly with smartphone in vr googles with sky droid usb adapter. How this compare with dedicated fpv googles in image quality etc ???. I fly fpv for 1year and a half without dedicated googles.

Just got my new one 7/12/22 the PIDS /dump are different to the Happy Model download dump and different to what's on Oscer Liaings site. What is the correct PIDS/dump/.This new 1s is gorgeous but confusing.

Hey I have this exact same drone and I have the zorro as well and I can’t get them to bind? I hit bind receiver and then go to expressslrs and hit [bind] and nothing happens? I’ve tried flashing and all that and it just said failed I have no idea what’s going on there’s no way that binding the mob7 and zorro is that hard

What goggles module would I need to fly a mobula 7 1s elrs I currently fly a DJI fpv and I want to buy the BDI adapter for my DJI fpv goggles so I can fly the mobula 7 1s elrs but I want to make sure I buy the right goggle module for the BDI adapter that’ll work with that particular tiny whoop any suggestions? Just bought the ELRS version and had nothing but trouble. The USB connector kept disconnecting in Betaflight because the connection between the USB cable and port felt really wobbly. I tried 13 leads and only one was a decent fit. I got it all set up as per instructions and then the ESC on motor 2 blew out. Just wondered if anyone else has had these issues or do I just have a bad unit?

I bought from Good Venture Drones based on your recommendation. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the drone to arm and fly. I can see in Betaflight that the drone responds and my RadioMaster Zorro sticks are moving. I believe I have binded/bound successfully. But the drone won't respond!!! Any advice? Was this why you had to change your first drone?
