I think we all need to be more compassionate with each other. We tend to hang around with a lot of people in our everyday lives, but we don’t realize that many of them might be going through something bad. We should listen before we talk, talk before we yell, love before we hate. People that feel sad and lonely is because they have no one to hold onto, I’ve experienced this and still am. We should support each other and never treat anybody bad.

In the last three months, i lost my wife (whom I loved and adored for 19 years) to divorce and was ready to give up on life. Even my heart was in physical distress. I had to visit a cardiologist. I had no support group, no friends, nobody on my side. I was severely depressed and wanted to lay down and never get up. Eventually I found the strength to get up and start moving forward in life. That’s why my heart felt so bad.
