I love making desserts with tofu! Mainly, I use tofu to make either pumpkin pie or chocolate pie. It's so tasty! Yabba-dabba-doo!

I think it was dryer than the other, because the tofu seemed firmer than normal silken tofu. Also, your frying oil wasn't hot enough, and the doughnut was probably too heavy after adding all that extra tofu... water would have been better as a moisturizer.

Emmy can sell anythingggggg. I was about to give all my money to this company and I don’t even drink/like coffee. Emmy makes me feel like I need it.

I have the exact same coffee mill. The knob of the handle broke after a year or so, so I replaced it with a wooden drawers knob and a long screw. It's a nice mill, I use it several times every day. Also grinding coffee by hand makes a nice mini workout in the morning. And it helps to minimize the addiction a tiny bit, because you have to "work" for every new shot, so less pointless coffees inbetween.

The Pon de Ring donuts were my go-to snack from Mister Donut. And Pon de Lion is my favorite Japanese mascot... I wanted all of the merch. One of the posters in stores had him shaking off his donut mane and taking a bite. Too cute.

We always dipped the donuts in the coffee. Unless it was our Grandma's chocolate chip cookies, then we dipped those in the coffee. She may have been one of the reasons I was addicted to coffee so early in my life, lol. Sadly, I got an ulcer in highschool & now have GERD, so no more dunking yummies in the coffee!

Runnyrunny999 made mochi pon de ring donuts a few yrs ago. His recipe included potato! If you ever try his version, I hope you give us a comparison of the results. I've tried a baked mochi donut before and it was tasty but I definitely want to try the fried version now!

Interesting! This seems vegan, but the only vegan donuts here in Japan at Mister Donuts is their donuts that doesn't have any of the major allergies. It's super expensive and just okay. Maybe I should make this at home and try it! =D

My boyfriend has the same coffee grinder, only he didn't like grinding so slowly...so he jury rigged his mini power drill to run it. You can grind a whole hopper in less than a minute 😁

I'd really like if you tried some quenepas (quenepe) in a Fruity Fruits video, it's also known as Spanish lime, my father got me some once and they were super yummy, they look similar to a rambutan on the inside.

If you roll out the dough and cut it with a really small cutter, like a donut hole cutter, You will save tons of time.
