This mod is no longer being supported and will not work anymore.
Here's the description from back when it still worked:
With the Weaponhack mod, you can spawn any weapon in the game right into your hand! This includes hidden weapons that you can only get through modding, like the Gold Minigun or the Pink Tri-beam.
You can also play online with your friends who have also downloaded the mod!

few things one is that can you use it with other player that don't have the mod? two: how do you install it if you do get it? three: how do you use the weapons and switch between them four: same as one can you play online with this and still get the guns even if the other people don't have the mod?
