well prices are according to the standards of Mexican pesos, yes pool is a bit far but backyard is good enough when compared to houses here in Mexico

These homes are beautiful. Here in California the model homes are also furnished. I like the second house and third houses 🏘️🏘️🏘️

Yes most of the times, the model houses here too are furnished, in this area those houses have already been sold out so i think that's y they don't have furniture anymore.

Good Morning.. I have another question regarding safety in your community in Mexico. Are there many home break-ins? If someone lives in a gated community, is it much less likely to have someone break in to the house? Also, do you ever have electricity (power) failure in the community? I have been to some countries where power failures are occurring daily.. Is this the case in Queretaro?

gated communities are quite safe here in Queretaro and break ins are quite rare, in fact hardly heard of them in gated community, electricity failure happens like once in 2 or 3months and they usually inform us in advance and if it happens without notice then it usually comes back soon

Great video. Homes were nice, but lots of stairs. I love how quiet the area is. Are their HOA fees? Do you have videos on single level homes?

beware not to pay for basic homes at luxury pricing.. These types of developments jack up their prices and fees, so high profits go to the developers and leave the owners with either high debt or empty bank accounts

Yes dogs are allowed in such communities, it just has to be on leash when you take for a walk. I also live in one such community and I have a husky
