Model railway layout update - Ballasting, embankments and a scratch built bridge

In this video I show you the progress with the station area of the layout I have ballasted the corner 4 tracks, using natural scenics dark and grey ballast.
I have created some embankments using polystyrene topped with plaster bandage.
I have also made a iron bridge using card, bamboo strips and detailed with mdf laser cut girder’s so give a bit of detail.
The track has also been weathered and using baked mud from the garden as ground cover I have started to detail around the edges of the tracks.

Make sure the tops of the rails are kept shiny clean. This ensures smooth running is kept up.

Hello, Mark! That was another grand video, of course, and smashing a hit with that opening shot! Great work all around, but it was kind of cute/funny as you were hammering in track and that shed just kept bouncing around and you would keep moving it. In the end, beautiful work, but you are an artist at work here!

Thank you for subscribing, I think you may have seen the IPA in spray form or the layering spray bottles when I used them to weight bits down 🤔, well I hope you enjoy the updates and I also really enjoy watching yours develop- Mark
