Some items I did not expect after taking delivery of my 2024 Tesla Model X. It's a great car, and lots of good things about it, however these 4 things I wasn't expecting. Some are good, only one issue so far I need to troubleshoot more, and maybe even a mistake in what options I went with. Nothing that can't be corrected later though.
The Yoke steering option would be great for $1000, but that moves the base Model X to an MSRP higher than allowed to still get the $7500 discount. So in reality, the Yoke steering wheel is a $8500 option. Not worth it at all in that case, only due to the Tax Incentive rules.

Currently have a 2018 Model S, and placed an order in for the MX in Feb. Got my VIN a few days ago. I'm looking forward to driving the X. I did go with the yoke vice the traditional wheel for visibility.

Congrats on your MX . I too have a 2024 MX , I'M Trying to get a yoke . but TESLA doesn't offer a retrofit .

Wait for the new yoke. They might have a retrofit for that one

I believe there is a setting to allow you to adjust the steering wheel!

There is. Unfortunately, the highest it will go, the screen is still partially blocked for me (even with the seat as low as it will go)

My phone doesn't charge when the magnetic case is on. I remove it and it charges superfast.

The CyberTruck doesn't have a driver instrument cluster. Its all on the main screen like 3/Y

Correct, I misspoke when trying to describe how the Squircle has a bar on top, but is much lower. (Also forgot to mention why $1000 for the yoke is not worth it since it effectively costs $8500) Oh well, hopefully I'll get better on the recordings going forward.
