Hello dearest, here I am again for you. I don't write much because I have very little time unfortunately, but I always follow you. In my first tripplane "Fokker" 1/72 I added the tie rods at the end using very thin nylon threads. The problem was finding suitable threads. I tried with the cotton ones but it turned out to be a real opprobrium, as was easily predictable. I see you've opted for simplicity. It's beautiful like that too.

This looks amazing mate. I love how you go off the beaten track with your subjects. We must grab a coffee if you come Hendon again!

Coolest thing about it is the polish markings, didnt turn out all that bad, some of them 1/72 WW1 planes are tough sometimes

Don't despare ,KP decals are troublesome. This looks like the old CMR resin kit, which I built some years ago, it took quite a bit of work, to get right. The Copper state 1/48th kit is very good, I can recommend it.👍

Re decals, I always seem to have issues with those printed in Eastern Europe. Eduard, ICM, they would just stick to the model and not move. Nice build!

I built their Avia B-9. I had fit problems with the fuselage halves and cockpit tub fits, also as yourself with the undercarriage. The packaging and the parts while on the spruce looked neat but I feel these products are overpriced for the quality. Decals were really nice though. Well done for persevering and not slagging KP off just because you were disappointed.

In halfway through a sopwith-pup 1/72 and i ruined the decal sheet so i was thinking of a simple countrys markings i could possibly paint and Poland was my first thought, thanks for posting hope you dont mind me stealing some of your great ideas

Can't say heard of either the plane or the manufacturer,but good work . I quite like these cheap model's ,keeps us poor folk ticking over till birthday or Christmas😂😂

1:72 scale was my first choice for aircrafft models when I started modeling in the 70s/80s have done a few WW1 aircraft in the last few years so know how fidaly it can be fair play it came out OK. been there when you finnishing off putting the decals on and it all goes to pot.

I hope you feel better soon. I have been unwell with a bad cold for a week and now I have got COVID so that is Xmas ruined as i can't go near aged relatives!! I kind of agree that that kit doesn't look right. I think the struts are a bit out of scale. Maybe if you painted them a darker wood colour they may look better or alternatively try scraping them a bit thinner and narrower.

Shame about the quality of this kit and good on for taking it through to the end. I guess that it's not been one of your best but as long as it was enjoyable then it's fine. I have the CSM Nieuport in my stash and it's a beauty! Take care, MN, get well, enjoy your break from work and may Santa bring you some great modelling gifts.

Nice build Mr Nerd considering. I heard that KP decals had to be put in really hot almost boiling water but I've never tried it. You probably would of been better off painting the Polish insignia mate. Hope your feeling better
