It would be cool if you did a apartment for someone who’s a collector (books, figurines, plants etc), someone really into makeup, fashion and skincare of for a singer/musician

It would be funny to have one elderly Sim who loves baking and knitting and their closest neighbor being this athletic or goth Sim who listens to loud music. Over time, the lovely elderly Sim turns the neighbor into a softy who continuously receives these cute gifts they decorate their otherwise darker spaces with!

Even my slum apartment complex has a pool and a few exercise equipment pieces available for us. I don't know if anyone uses them, but they do exist.

I love this building! And I think this is a great way to break the videos up! I'd really like to see an apartment for an aro/ace Sim who lives alone but really likes to connect with their friends. So maybe the bedroom is TINY but it leaves space for a games table for puzzles/simbles, and maybe the couch has blankets, and the coffee table is pushed aside to make room for sleeping bags. I just think it would be cool to make a space that's meant to have your Sim's friends do stayovers!

i think breaking these projects into smaller chunks is a great idea actually! it gives you more time and energy to actually flesh out your ideas instead of stuffing it all into one video. as an added bonus, it gives your viewers who prefer interiors or exteriors get more videos catered to their specific tastes lol

These fit so well in Windenburg. The mix of light wood and white is great! I know how you feel when builds just aren't working. Sometimes it's best to just move on and do something else and go back later. I think the staircases in this build are great. I like how they're off to the side, out of the way.

It would be fun if you made an appartment for the weird stoner neighbors that are actually really kind and wholesome, or for a couple of witchy roomates that are very eerie, but cast good-luck spells for the rest of the community ❤

I think to go along with your luxury apartment block idea, I think a single mum doctor would be a cool idea! You can go pretty pricey and lux on the furnishings but with just a _little_ bit of that mess that comes with the combination of unpredictable shifts and a son attending elementary school. It'd make sense for them to live in a pricier but small apartment in a more expensive area.

What do you think about a tall apartment space where the ground floor is some kind of retail space. Like a little laundromat or a thrift store or a bubble tea fast serve. They could also be community spaces. I think that could be fun.

I started a community of tiny homes in Sulani and they are all a different color from the new pack. They didn’t put playable ones in the game so I’m doing it myself. ❤ it’s taking forever too. Doing a white/grey, blue, pink, yellow and green. My builds are basic. No where near what you do! I usually can only play my game on the weekends!

Would love if you could design an apartment for someone like me. I'm a feline only vet, always bringing home strays and some wildlife to rehabilitate, so space for cats, place to relax and enjoy plants to recharge after spending all day at the clinic. Love your channel, Sims is my guilty pleasure and helps turn off my brain after some hard days at work.

I really love that shade of purple on that Seasons couch (it's also on some curtains too) one thing that always bugs me about the Sims 4 is the inconsistency of colours, they're introduce a new colour in a pack and then we never see it again in future packs 😵

I would love to see one for a sim who might be stretching their means to afford the nicer luxury building, and as a result has some sparser furnishings, but still very much like “this is the style they aspire to be able to afford” kind of thing and not a “this sim dumpster dove for deals”.

it's not modern or even a nice thing to enter an apartment and see people's clothes. I think you should separate the laundry and cars from the entrance. I love your buildings by the way it is just a suggestion :)
