Prettiest compost toilet ever. The round window is nice. Looks organic and softens the harsh, tight lines. Feels more expansive than larger windows

You make such gorgeouse tiny homes . love the round window and layouts , I think id choose a larger fridge since there is a cook top. love the storage. lovley bathroom like how you can change the toilet to a flush, love the use of wood , I can see that your business is going to be a big success.

I love the way this young man explains how he builds his tiny house and love the big giant circle ⭕️ window in living room so much more light it gives and it gives exquisite charn and beautiful character to the rooms atmosphere only thing he can do a little different is bigger ice box because people who are ekco friendly make gardens and grow their own food and kill and hunt their own food need bigger icebox with bigger freezer space to keep their food and in his bigger models he could add combine spa bathtub 🛀 inside shower 🧼 so you get the best of both worlds but his models were quite cute 👍🇺🇸✝️👏💯🇱🇷☮️✡️🏡🏡🙏❤️👼😇🌎🧼🛀

We can understand that; definitely more common in European homes. But you could definitely fit a US apartment-size fridge in this tiny house 😁

The tiny houses are beautiful! I hope the UK has a tiny house movement because we are retiring soon and would love this option! If anyone has any advice regarding the UK, I have no idea where to start looking to see if it is legal anywhere here. Thanks for the great video!

What I am wondering about is the service life of the tiny houses, like how many years before the exterior materials lose their quality and how hard it is to do overall maintenance to prolong the lifespan. Also what's the resale value of tiny houses, how fast do they depreciate over the years?

Great questions! Most quality built tiny houses are exceptionally durable and are built mostly like traditional houses. So with the right maintenance over time, a tiny house can last 50+ years! Maintenance is somewhat less than a larger home just do to size. Material choices inside and out make a huge difference. For instance, this tiny house has metal paneling and a metal roof which doesn’t need to be stained or painted. Whereas a full wood sided home, needs much more upkeep. Resale value for tiny homes varies, but on the whole is holding up well and, right now, often resold for a higher price than we first purchased. This is in part due to high quality materials used that hold up.

Thank you for your comment Yeghor! 😄We build our houses with exceptional materials to ensure that the houses are as durable as possible. Without any treatment of the outside cladding the producer gives a durability of 25 years. With the right treatment at least every other year the durability can be increased significantly. For the roof we use currently German steel sheets that come with a 60 years producer warranty. 🏠 Besides that, we are always happy to help our clients on the phone if there are any questions. 🤓

Good question! It really depends by builder but can be as little as 6-8 weeks by an experienced well-equipped professional building company 🤔

Hello Luke, thank you for your comment! The smaller models take usually around 3-4 weeks to be build. The bigger models between 4-7 weeks. Our record so far is to build one Vaalserberg model in 17 days. 🤠

Very pretty. but he says it has a lot of windows. HOnestly, compared to many tiny homes, it doesn't have a lot of windows at all. It actually feels too enclosed in their. Needs more windows!

We think it’s on par with many tiny homes and 2 of the windows are giant. It is true the more windows the merrier in a tiny house but it’s also nice to have functional wall space. However a glass front door would be a nice touch.🤔

For the wellbeing the number of windows for this house is sufficient and brings more than enough natural light. I keep on wondering if this "classic stairway style" is just meant for young, borderline-ableist people - nobody thinks of adding a rail, nobody thinks its a bad idea to build something into a cabinet that you may easily fall down from .. all fancy and good, but if you cannot easily climb such srairs, you're not allowed to live in a tiny house?

There are numerous tiny home designs with one level designs and bedrooms on the main floor. Also a railing good easily be added, and we believe this is something they offer. 😁
