I realized soon into covid when I was craving more Matt Lowne content that there was hours worth of planet coaster footage I had never seen. I don't know if I could have survived those dark days without Matt's rambling roller coaster smoothing and path fencing monologues. I'm glad to see planet coaster is back.

Keep uploading these! These videos are great videos for background noise and I personally need some sort of background noise while I'm doing basically anything, from playing games to even getting snacks or something similar.

Matt, I just want to say a sincere thank you to you, over 2020 when you were working on Velocity Lake, I felt quite lost as a person, your interest in this game and coasters in general hugely formed me into a coaster enthusiast, I hope this doesn’t screw you over in the eyes of the algorithm and I hope to see the rest of this on the channel, either way, thank you for helping me find something to be excited about in life and also get me out the house, it’s great to hear you say “it’s Wednesday my dudes” once more!

Yes, please continue this series! Your attention to details and posting the full build process in Planet Coaster is something I miss from other channels that just showcase already-built parks/rides. I'm glad to see planet coaster return, but I totally get if you need to move the series to your second channel to please the almighty algorithm. Yay coasters! You hit the nail on the head. I enjoy your rambling commentary and construction process. I also have kids, and your talk about the different coasters and manufactuerers helped me put to words what I do and don't like about particular roller coasters, which has helped ease my just-48-inches-tall kids into understanding what they were getting on, and why they don't need to be afraid and can enjoy themselves on what otherwise looked like a very "scary and tall" roller coaster. Even if you don't get a ton of views, thank you for posting your Planet Coaster videos!

I’ve watched your channel for a long time now, originally for KSP, but I’ve stuck around for Space News. I just didn’t watch Velocity Lake, mostly because I had missed the start. I’m quite excited for another Planet Coaster series that I can actually watch from the start, so please continue. If you put it on your second channel, that’s fine though I’m not subscribed there… but I might do so if you move this series there. Either way, I look forward to more of your rambling. :)

@13:24 RE: Time making Kerbal Space Program videos - I didn't appreciate how much work it took until I started creating my own series for it. It seems to me to take 3-4 times the duration of the footage, just because the mission has to be run, then you have to watch it again to do the various different speed-ups (but at least for me, the process of speeding the footage up still takes the same amount of time as the full recording, just to get the 4x/8x/2x segments created), then another time to identify what to talk about/'script' out what I want to say, and then a final time for the recording of the commentary. So kudos to you for getting as many of them out as you have (and for being able to find things to talk about all the way through the videos - that's a skill I'm lacking)

In the game the excitment rating isn't calculated with the lift hill even though the heat maps show it. I believe that it it says something like that somewhere.
