Love your attention to detail. You consider views, speakers, outlets, counter space, hiding the shower niche, and so much more. I'm so tired of seeing new builds that have the "look" but use the cheapest cabinets, fixtures, and details that the builder can get away with. Thanks for the explanations, such as what the type of floor, tile, glass, or countertops are actually called. Beautiful job. I'm ready to move in!

I love that master bath! I'm a big fan of toilet rooms separate from the rest of the bathroom - and that shower! Love it!

@Fila Kri Ha! Your kiddos are smart! One rule I instituted since I'm not lucky enough to have a separate room, is to put the lid down on the throne when it's flushed. Keep those airborne toilet molecules where they belong - not landing on toothbrushes!

@Fila Kri Me too! My boyfriend would like to move into a camper van for a few years once he retires and I will be designing it. That will definitely have a separate room for the toilet! It's not a house but I do get to finally have that toilet room lol!

ok that herringbone laundry room floor is awesome. I'd love to build a house but I am so impatient and would make myself crazy and keep myself up at night being so excited about it all haha.

It's kind of amazing how Joanna Gaines has shifted the entire style of new homes. Who would have known she would set off such a revolution in home design. I definitely love the minimal style of it. No wonder she gets her own network 😂

@@fancybrooks3156 I have a makeup station with a huge mirror and the only one I use is a lighted one I have on a stand that I can pull right in front of me. The only way a wall mirror works is if you can stand up and lean over the counter towards it...this set up is actually perfect for sitting.

If they can afford a safe in their house, I’m pretty sure they can go to home goods and buy some mirrors 😂. These people aren’t hurting for money 😂. It’s a gorgeous home. And you can take a bath in the guest room.

Very nice design! Excellent craftsmanship and very tasteful, elegant choices made by the homeowners! My wife would kill for that window seat in the kitchen, a really clever and useful space!

That was Mike's idea. We liked it so much we put on in MB Just sat on the one in the kitchen today with my granddaughters and watched the snow flurries

As a luxury home owner and designer/builder I can truly appreciate all the evident hard work and attention to detail displayed throughout this home. Right on!! The black windows really set this house off too.

Beautiful home the only draw back I have is that you have to go through the bathroom to get to the master closet. I have the same setup in my home and whenever my wife is in the bathroom I have to wait until she in finished to get into the closet.

I LOVE the black/white theme. ♥♥♥ It's an absolutely beautiful house!! There's only one thing I don't like and that's having heat vents in the floor. Everything else was awesome. Everyone did a beautiful job in design and construction. This will make a nice home for the owners. 🙂

Gorgeous home!! I have been looking at those windows for a couple of months now.. but seeing them on a home helped me decide that we will be getting them! They are gorgeous!! I love the master suite and the flow of the home.. I’m sure the home owners are enjoying it!

So many lovely elements to this home ... love the master bathroom, especially the shower tile ... beautiful kitchen ... so many other things. I know this was customer preference, but I didn’t care for all the black touches, even don to the hinges inside, against the lighter backdrops. I was disappointed not to see the natural wood showing on the front door overhand, as well as the door. Again, though, that’s my own personal opinion and taste. I’m in agreement, thought, layout wise, and other than the black, lol, this might be my new favorite

I live close to lake Norman and that house probably is in the millions. It’s insane how much properties are on lake Norman. But that house is gorgeous!!!!

I have viewed several of your homes and I have loved watching the videos because you give a detailed description of the floor plans, the materials used but this “modern farmhouse” is by far the best! The color scheme, the layout is just gorgeous! You have made me want to build a replica of these floor plan with just a few changes.....personalized to my liking. I would like to know the square footage of this house. The video makes some of the spaces seem like they are kind of tight. Will be watching for new homes that you have built. Excellent job on the modern farmhouse, Mike Palmer! 🥰

I LOVE the master suite with that window seat. Don't take it the wrong way but I would not use that color for the cushion and I would opt for some throw pillows instead of the things on the side, but that is just a personal preference. The whole house is beautiful. Great work.

Disagree. A good safe can be several thousand dollars. Concrete is cheap in comparison, then just buy the door. Not an inexpensive add on but not over the top either. In my opinion.

Is this your new house? You picked one I liked . FANS! I like your watch ! It all matches so nice! That's great your backyard that's great yard shower Wow the tile is beautiful in the bathroom . That's a lot of work! The paint job is really nice I like the door handles and fixtures my favorite knows in the kitchen great tile again like the fixtures the cubby seat is great! Lots of storage and space! Oh my gosh I love that tile never saw any like that! That is a great house! Oh the railing is so pretty. When did you do all this? I like the big widows and oh what is that? A safe room? Oh the stairs wow oh I have a lake! You did a great job. Where is it? When do you move? I will have to get the Construction Company's name . Cute how you said his and hers farmhouse sink. "Babe you put your dirty dishes on your side so we make sure you wash them". It's more of a double pan for washing and rinsing but I only know because I am the appointed DISH WASHER in our house.

Ok, 2 ''problems'' I noticed right off; 1, the Workroom sink is in the way of the 'Safe-Room' door; 2, the storage room could be an extension of the 'Safe-Room', especially during a ''Severe Weather Alert Day''.
