the first house is extraordinary. i grew up in that region and really feel the connection she has so beautifully preserved with the outdoors. it’s a wonderful, wonderful home. her subtle mix of finishes and sense of proportion are (to my eyes) absolute perfection.

Absolutely stunning inside and outside. The home feels part of the landscape. It has a modern quality yet it is cozy and inviting. I love the kitchen and how she chose to hide the appliances. From the furniture to the lighting to the view this home is amazing. Thank you for sharing.

Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain and moisture damage. Water is the enemy of buildings. Architects and home builders need to bring back large roof over hangs

I like this lovely house, I just think that the glass walls would be better if no one can be able to see the inside.however, placing shades can solve any issue of privacy. I like things that feel luxurious, comfortable & safe.

Every home and business should install a rain water collection and storage system along with solar panels. Even in areas where rain is infrequent it is crazy to waste the little rain that does fall and waste it. We need to stop planting green lawns and switch to local native plantings around homes. It is crazy to plant lawns and build golf courses in dry desert areas. We waste too much water and electricity. the future is electric. Wind and solar energy along with electric vehicles are the future. Stop using fossil fuels. There is a climate crisis.

I will not judge anyone. As someone older I can share this. Date the person going in ur direction with the same energy and not someone who ur former self was into. Honestly it look different like you code switch to match where he is. Hard to watch
