I really appreciate the time you gave to touring this house. Other KZfaqrs take the viewer on a jogging tour. I understand that this is a private home, and people are living there, and I also appreciate the way you respected their privacy, while also showing off the very special details in the home.

Engineered flooring instead of hardwood? Engineered flooring does not add value to a house because it is not permanent. Just another reason this house is not worth 5M.

It is also fake stone covering for the house. Look so fake. Can’t stand the neighborhood which seems like a junk yard lot, plus next to a road. Can’t understand who would spend that much money in a junk yard like neighborhood. The inside is cheap and tacky, not to mention the cheap garage door, for the price. It is a house for a foreigner who is easy to be cheated and would like to use this house to do money laundering.

This is once again when I see that there is an additional rental suite in the home you are showing and I don't get it at all. Why the hell would you want to spend the additional money building extra rooms for rent? It seems to me that more money could be saved in buying a smaller house without that extra part of the house than in renting it out. Plus, living with a tenant behind the wall is a certain inconvenience

$5 M for a house 50 ft from a busy city street? $5 Million??? You've got to be kidding! What happened to the horseshoe driveway? You can't even turn your Bentley around without hitting something. The garage is literally HALF the front of the house! The landscaping is less than average, with no backyard pool, putting green, or stables. $5 million???? The interior of the house is fair, but the cinema room is tiny. From what I see, this house is worth $800 K max! But my problem is that this house has poor property value...for any price! Sorry, but it's WAY OVER-PRICED!

Just another "board room" decor. Boring, boring, boring. Seems like all the houses on the market have the same white walls and dark or black accents. Looks like a posh hotel.
