I like a lot of this house's finishes. The mantle in the great room is gorgeous. Just a suggestion for the room in the basement (workout room) being below the office, take it to the next level and make it library/office with a spiral staircase between the 2 floors. I think that would be cool but would need to be planned well.

I absolutely really love the arch throughout, fireplaces, built-in throughout, master bathroom, personal laundry room, powder room, butlers pantry, office, floating shelves throughout, sitting area in the loft, & I have my own ideas for the basement. Also, I like that you have access to the garage.

The decor of the house stays true to the vintage style. The stairs leading to the garage is cool! Actually if there ever was a need to evacuate from the basement it's wise to have an egress. The table island is another feature that serves a dual purpose since it looks like it can be moved (no sink or appliance tied to the island. I also want to add that the way you present and tour the place is just the right pace. As always you're very professional, complimentary, and respectful of the places you tour. I liked @noraelliott7304's suggestion of adding a spiral staircase to go down to the basement workout room or library.

The stairs from the garage into the basement work well if someone needs to work on the furnace, etc. and they don't have to go through the house. Also great for moving furniture into the basement.

My Goodness, Timothy, how did you find this Magnificent Masterpiece!! This is definitely Modern meets Vintage meets Chic!! This is like completely out of a Home 🏠🏡 Magazine!; do you realize what kinds of fun, that you can have in a house 🏠🏡 like this???? Its like a maze that you are entering. You look at all of the bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry room, the mega-sized pantry. The Living, Dining, Family, and Game Room are exceptional!! The Garage's are huge, the basement is just fabulous. What more can you ask for. I can see why the price is four million, worth every penny!! Thank You for sharing this mind-blowing home 🏠🏡 with us. I love it but I'm not crazy about the high ceilings of the great room, not just in this house, but in general. They make me feel cold and I can't stop thinking about how you can clean up there. LOL, I love the primary bath! That black looks very nice.

I love this house's aesthetic. 🎉 My only change order would be to not have the master showers entrance to be a straight shot like it is now. Makes me think I'd be cold in the shower. So if the entrance could include a turn to prevent a direct breeze that would fix it. Btw zero threshold is 100% the way to go.

Very nice home, a liked the fireplaces very much just put in a hearth. One thing, for a home in these prices I seriously think, feel and want a formal dining room as well as a informal/breakfast area. That's one thing this home is lacking.

A great tour as usual. You can always flow through the rooms perfectly. This house is absolutely gorgeous. I love the stone, wood and stone always make a space look so cosy, and even though this is an enormous house it feels really warm and cosy. The one thing I don't get, is that the master bedroom is often downstairs and off the main living space. I'd much rather that room be a spare room or something. The fixtures and fittings are amazing and it is beautifully staged. And all the bathrooms have a removable shower head! A must for me 😁. You've excelled yourself with this one!!

I like the small details everywhere. The kitchen island was a nice change from all the cookie-cutter ones we usually see. I don't like the really tall ceilings in the main floor - it just feels cold to me! But oh that master bath ... WOW!!

When you were in the garage I noticed the half wall and the gap behind it and was wondering what was there. I was disappointed you didn't show it but I shook it off. I thought the bedrooms were on the small side. On the other hand the pantry was to die for. Thanks for the tour. 😊

Great way to start Tuesday morning with one of your house tours! There is a drawer bank far left of the kitchen sink that I assume has false fronts. It is on the same corner as the cabinet with the pull-out shelves, so no room for drawer space around the corner. I would have eliminated the drawer bank directly left of the sink and make that the pull-out trash bin instead of by the range. The trash right next to the range seems like odd placement to me. BUT, over-all a BEAUTIFUL home and one and a very reasonable price for what I see in the Seattle area. A house like that would cost a LOT more here. Maybe I need to move to WI?

I noticed the false fronts you mentioned as well. Those are going to be a nightmare. They should have made those drawers real and put the false front where the door is. My mother has something similar in her house and she has to had to have it fixed maybe half a dozen times over ten years because someone inevitably will yank on the false front thinking they're drawer and pull them right off.

So stated sqft and price are correct along with all other info. There was a typo in the price and sqft on the card in video we missed. 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms 3 car garage 3541 sqft $1,469,000

I don't like vintage style, I prefer modern style. But I really liked the master bedroom and bathroom. The developer does not skimp on tiles and has installed modern shower heads everywhere.

I'm not a fan of the dark colors & modern look. The combination creates a cold & uninviting look to a place I want to find peace & happiness. Choosing different colors would improve the house. One thing I did like was the island table. At 9500sqft this is a huge home. I'm just too old to have a need for such a home. I did enjoy the tour.

I love most of this home. Not a big fan of the kitchen. The sink is too far from the stove and the microwave is way too low. Some of us taller than average and would have to bend over double to get anything in and out of it.

When I see a cabinet or center island not going to the floor, I just think keeping it clean would be a pain! Even normal dust, but if you have a dog, their hair would be under there! Being logical now! House is just ok, but not my favorite

I’ve never noticed that. He is one of the good ones that starts in the main part of house. Maybe one has a powder room right at front? If so that would be ideal. Powder room should be far far away from kitchen or dining or main gathering room.

No offense but that is not the best kitchen ever. If I am paying that kind of money, I want a LOT more counter space in the kitchen. I do love the garage and basement "studio". I especially love the basement stairs INSIDE the garage.

Things I hate: First floor Owners Suite, but this one is designed nicely and the gas fireplace, I hate those. Give me real wood fireplaces, please! Things I like: The rest! The front room with the fireplace. THAT'S where you put holiday trees!

A million dollar house and the kids’ bedroom are NOT big AT ALL. One would think that if you spent that much your bedrooms would be a few feet bigger. Same thing with the master. If I was buying a million dollar home you better believe the bedrooms and closets would be huge. If the closet is huge you can put the dresser in there and have more usable room in the bedroom, making the bedroom feel even bigger. And the kids’ toys could be in the closet on a wooden built in bookshelf. And why are the dining room tables so small? If your hairs is THAT big wouldn’t YOU be the one hosting parties and holidays? I want a kitchen table, island with seating AND a huge dining room. I want to be able to put the 2 leaves in and seat at least 12 for holiday dinners. My kids and nieces are getting older so we will need even more room soon for spouses and kids! Once all 5 of them are married there will be 19 adults. So far there is only 1 kid. I loved the butlers pantry. I always do!! I def need a big one to store all the big pots, crock pots, pressure cookers and all those extra serving platters. And I love Dollar Tree holiday plates!!! I need a place to store them and the chargers.
