If you have small children over you, you will hear them during the day running round, pushing chairs, throwing toys, and screaming, but at least the thicc wall dull it to a tolerable level. If your neighbors are culturally diverse, ... well, east Asians(Japan, Kora, Singapoor) are cool. Thank you Tahsin for your comment, but the speed of precast concrete construction and a strong focus on safety is the key reason why precast in a winner. Not to mention the fire resistance credentials of concrete, most of our sites would be in tight urban spaces and close to residential buildings. Precast concrete is by far the quietest form of construction as well.

NISMO JOE as the product is manufactured locally, the cost of shipping would not be more expensive. Delivering the product as and when it’s required also caters for small construction sites that don’t have space for storage.

Cost of shipping is somewhat nullified as to casting in place. You are not trucking in 30-40 concrete trucks to pour a floor at a time plus the cost of the concrete pump, which gets expensive.
