Hi. Jim keeps talking about Roon working with "All your streaming services". To the best of my knowledge, Roon only works with Tidal and Qobuz. Has this changed?

@@ecoustics KKbox isn't available in North America. I've been helping people with their stereo equipment for over 30 years and have been using Roon professionally and at home since its beginning. It's a slick product and I'm very familiar with its best features as well as its limitations. I have two questions. Do you have any plans to expand Roon's streaming choices to include the biggest lossless provider, Apple Music? Amazon also has a popular lossless service. Both of these services have many more customers than Tidal and Qobuz combined. My second question is about tech support. Currently, Roon offers a searchable database which is fine for the tech-savvy. But, I've had quite a few clients refuse to buy a Roon Nucleus because there is no customer support email or phone number. Sonos has a phone number for customer support as well as online chat options. Because Roon is very demanding on a user's home network, direct end-user support is crucial. Do you feel that Roon's current support options are sufficient for your target audience?
