What is the minimum level required to build this? I'm only lvl 12 btw I just started like last night

Like 50, yeah. Also it took me forever to earn a lot of simoleons for those windows plus the 2nd and 3rd floor permits so it will really take you forever.

@@OpViken Oh, I don't really have problems about currency and all that, just.. grinding levels are kinda boring lol but eh, thanks though.. Would come back when I reached it:)

Well this game doesn’t have pool, only 1 roof style, useless stairs, no seasons…
