My friend comes from a rich family, and she wears jeans and t-shirts. She says they're more comfortable and that she likes it better when she doesn't stick out. I've met other well-off people who dress simply too. That's why whenever I see others dress like this, I sometimes have doubts whether they're actually rich or just want to impress the people around them. 😅

Aesthetic is right, but the pants are telling on you. They should be lined or a material thick enough that you can’t see the pockets through the fabric.

I love these outfits. I had a very alternative style for years, but I have steadily been outgrowing a lot of my previous tastes. I really have worked on dressing outside of my comfort zone, more classy and adult, but still with some edge. Would love to see her put together some outfits like that. This has definitely been inspiration for me, though.

I’ve worked for well off families and the women always have short, clean neutral colored nails, and they mainly wear a lot of tennis outfits or simple monochromatic (usually white or beige) outfits and dainty jewelry. They keep the makeup simple, and the hair is usually big (blowout, balayage, or a neat bob)

With a top like that, no need to wear a necklace. Just the ear rings. You look fabulous. I dress like this, but "head to toe" one colour only; white/creme/beige/black... I never top and tail black and white, as it makes me look very short. Keep up the most excellent work. Looking classy is the most beautiful, modest, humble way to go. I loved both looks. The 2nd was my fave though. I dress like this and I've gotten most of my best pieces from Goodwill!! I do live in a "rich" Florida town so we have great options. I've also gotten 3 AUTHENTIC Chanel bags from Goodwill. One of them was so rare, the lady at Chanel in Chicago had never seen it. It was an old beautiful brown suede shoulder bag in perfect condition except the wtiting on the inside was faint from wear and tear. I haven't had it appraised since Chanel raised all their prices but comparing it to others and the size of it, I'm thinking it's worth at least $20k, no joke!! It was $100 at Goodwill. I also have 8 Coach purses from there. And I've gotten several Armani pieces. A pair of Vera Wang kitten heels and so much more. We also have a Tommy Bahama rack with clothes that still have the tags. The Tommy Bahama here donates all of their unsold clothes to the Goodwill here. My hubs likes that rack. Lol. Maybe they do it every where and I haven't noticed.
