at least you know that he made all the sounds himself & isn’t just jamming random samples together hoping they sound good. and the song was probably actually written before the sample pack even came out.

Seeing the simplicity of the project is pretty comforting. I often feel like I don't have some secret formula to success, but his projects look a lot like mine, just with saturators. Just goes to show there's no one thing that makes your music good, just lots of talent and years of practice. :)

I like to use redux on my 808 with erosion, saturator and overdrive. It gives an insane scream. Add these fx after the EQ.

Great tutorial mate! I always have issues side chaining my sub and kick, what lfotool setting are you using to keep it clean or is ableton compression side chaining most of it? Do you low cut your kick at like 80hz to have room for sub?

there is a whole lot of shit that he didn't reveal in the Sidechain group, for example the LFO rack (?) (it was clearly much more than that), and the inital rack with side gain and tube turned up, when he said he didn't even use it. Also, Pro MB, he didnt even go into this plugin he just said it's "kinda like OTT" which is wrong lmfao
