I had a bug for the last faction mission, where it wouldn't let me talk to the guy I needed to. Finally after about an hour of screwing around with him it let me, then I went to the last marker and it put me into a mandatory random dogfight that was unwinnable and it never autosaved so it sent me back to the bugged out guy I couldn't talk to.... Good times
