Excellent round of time trials! There are some very nice cars competing. Should be super fun to watch. Nice job with the production and commentary also. Great stuff!

Well wasn’t the fastest but wasn’t the slowest. I’m getting flashbacks from Terrance jr with that evo, even without fte’s this time around it’s still fast. Can’t wait for the tournament!

MarioKart and Hot Wheels I.D. seem to have replaced the old standard FTEs in the game as the top-tier style. Just stay away from TRAP5 wheels.

Second viewing 👍 Last night I was cutting it close to fit this in before the premiere at eP Videos even at 1.25x speed. Excellent turnout for this JDM event and a few home team drivers to round out the field! The top 8 all had sub 12 second runs, fantastic! Qualifying tells but half the story in racing, so for those not in the top half don't lose all hope 💯😎🏁

Yes EP and I are both running JDM tournaments simultaneously 😂 ! That was not planned lol. Thanks for the views Chris! Kay and I were debating over whether or not we should call some of those sub 12 runs new track records. However, I felt as though a new track record must be set during the racing portion (not TT’s). What do you think? The current track record is 11.861.

@@VittoriaDiecastMotorsport kinda feels to me that a track record set during an actual race holds more weight than one set in a time trial as the challenge is greater, just one fan's opinion Excellent Slanman timer, taking it to the next decimal point!

Yep 💯 agree. I am sure we will see a new official track record soon. Probably first episode of the racing! Yes we love that new timing system. Much better than the previous one

I have a hunch it's the same shell (or a twin shell) but different internals. Winner of the tournament gets all the loser's cars, and I'd be shocked if Redline was willing to reveal those secrets. Winner will be able to open up everyone else's cars. I dunno man

It's not the same one. Adriel (3D) is the current owner of the Purple People Eater. But it was built almost identical, just different weight. And thank you all for the kind words.

@@redlinesalvageinc.1178 Even without the FTE’s it’s still a beast and still got the speed. I’m sure Terrance will know how to handle it come race time
