Aww! Thank you much easier to see, more focus, cleary beads, lots of slow steps, and better than the bicones. I am an instrutor in my day job and I know tutorials can be very demanding. A good tip from one teacher to another is to have a complete novice follow your steps and see if they can come out with the same goal as you did.

Omg...I just made this from your old video. I had trouble in the same area of 5th and 6th beads but figured it out. It came out beautifully but I'm glad you did it over as this heart necklace is what inspired me to start beading! TYFS!!

So pretty. I didn't have 5mm beads that matched so I used 6mm inside the "puff". Only problem, they kept rolling out so I stitched through them, as well. Now I have to make them in other colors! Thank you so much for the inspiration.

I have enjoyed making this heart several times. The compliments I get are overwhelming. Everyone wants me to make them one! Please continue to post your amazing talents with us. I look forward to seeing new bead projects. You are so talented. Keep us inspired with new and exciting projects. Could you possibly make a video of a crystal heart made with multi colors? A rainbow of colors. It would allow us to use our extra beads. Debbie

Thank you so much for redoing your video. I wanted so much to make it off your first video and I tried and tried but got confused and ultimately gave up. This version is so much easier to follow and your patience is outstanding in making the piece that this time I think I can do it! I do have one question, if you wanted to use 6mm beads to construct the heart, what size bead would you recommend to put in the pocket? Thanks again for your hard work in remaking the video so we can better see exactly what to do and where to put the strings. Have a wonderful day! Greetings from Greenwood, Indiana (just south of Indianapolis) . Barb

I love your tutorial! At the end you mention that your string was shorter than it should be for the video- the original mention of length was "about an arm's length"- Is an arm's length the proper length, or should it be longer?

@@michelletschupp Hi Michelle, how can I add a necklace so I can make this heart the “pendant”. I would like to use an empty necklace I have and will love to make this hearth around the necklace. How can that be done?

I've made this in one color but would like to put a design on it. Is there a PDF or chart somewhere that shows where each bead will fall that could be colored or whatever to make a design come out correctly

@diannepeaslee22808 жыл бұрын
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. That would be awesome, my email is abiddl94@gmail.com I was thinking of starting w/something not too complicated, maybe a gradient color change going down diagonally or something...just until I get the feel of where the beads "land".
@maricastaneda50677 жыл бұрын
Hi these instructions are so easy what I didn't get was the 5mm beads do I wore it along with the 4mm ones or do I just toss it in their? sorry but that how I understood lol
@michelletschupp7 жыл бұрын
Mari Castaneda hi there, the 6 mm round beads are for the inside, when you get to the step where you make the flap, it keeps the puff of the heart. (I hope this makes sense) 😬
@michelletschupp7 жыл бұрын
I mean the 5mm beads
@lizziemeyer97076 жыл бұрын
Are the 5 mm rounds really necessary? Because I’ve noticed that they kind of show through the beads, and I don’t want that in my project, so would it work if I left out the beads? I would like to know if anyone else has tried this.
@michelletschupp6 жыл бұрын
Elizabeth Meyer hello, question, are you using 4mm bicone beads? And are you making sure you are tightening the string so the beads do not have spaces between them? The round bead helps keep the shape of the puff. I have tried it without when I use the 4 mm round beads instead of bicones. It does work, it’s just that it is not as solid as it should be. Try to find either a clear 5 mm round or the same color as your 4 mm round heart. Also, keep your project tight. I hope this helps. Keep me posted.
