You should have used a creta verna/polo vento 1.6 turbo.. which has 1.5 /1.6 compatible turbos...xylo is 2 liter engine so it has more exhaust output..a 1.5 engine doesn't give that much exhaust pressure as a 2 liter..in my opinion you should have used a volkswagen or a hyundai turbo set up..and without tuning you will not gain any power..
