Loved the cooking demonstration. Both dishes were tasty. It amazes me how many different foods you are able to prepare on the skottle.

👍👍👍👍👍😀, You all bring up some good mods by the modders like the drain valve on the water tank, expanding shelf unit, lowering the awning mount for water wind intrusion. Which you have done on some of your other interviews.

Update on the 23Zero screen room issue we had. After some emails back and forth with pictures, 23Zero explained that the screen windows have to be rolled separately. Looking forward to testing it out again in the Spring. Thank you Tosh and Gary for taking the time. Was great meeting you both.

Hey Tosh did Brian happen to mention the thread size of the water tank plug and valve he installed to drain the water. The existing plug is a very fine thread which is hard to find. I wonder if he drilled it out and then re-tapped to fit standard thread size. I did this on regular sized RVs but Hiker is in a realm of their own.

@user-ew3dm1jq6j Gary here. LOL!!! Yes it is very important. You bring a couple of your fav Micro Brew and there all put together. At a designated time you can go and and pick out a different beer. Hope that helped.
