Nice home, I agree about the kitchen layout, seems like they lost a few feet with the full wrap around. However the master bedroom and bathroom way to small for that price. For that price should be able to have room for double vanities, and larger walk in closet. Just my opinion.

I do love the grab bars! I have severe neuropathy in my feet and I’m unsteady a lot, so I need them in the shower.

The kitchen is beautiful but the Master bedroom looks like a guest room. It's way too small.

On that bilco door I noticed arather large gap at the bottom of it which would allow weather/water blowing sand, dirt and snow and bugs and smaller animals to enter under and gain access to the stairway. What's up with that.

Is the Chalet portion of the house balloon construction (done on site) as opposed to box construction (which is done in the factory)? I would be very interested in seeing a video that shows how the Chalet portion gets set the site. (Is is in panelists pieces, like how many of the garages are done)?

Turn the camera away from you. No sink in the utility room? Lots of builders grade in the bathrooms. Only 1 sink in the master bathroom? Nice windows. Easy cleaning. Love the kitchen area. Those windows are fabulous.

A chalet needs a fireplace.

Why would the front of the house have the ac unit by the front door? That had to be the back of the house.

Kitchen is way too encroached into the great room! This should've been staged for a better idea type tour. No space for the loft reading area? This needs to be reworked. A great room should be GREAT - as in big. Kitchen - should not encroach! Needs fireplace. Open stairs to loft. The front window style is not what I would prefer.

What is the price of the home as shown? Not including the land and utilities.

I don't understand the number iof windows in the mstr bdroom. Every piece of furniture would be against windows as well as too much light.

I think the home is just fine, but the video is hard to watch because of all moving and swinging of the camera. Its a little nauseating.

What àreas do you build in and is it less money without a basement ,septic etc. Do you build in Nevada an if so what àreas. Can you put one of these on a slope terrain. If you don't go to Nevada or CA do you recommend other modular builders?

This house is a disaster. Sure they build it for you and say we'll build it how you want it. This construction not only screams inefficiency, but I can imagine like most houses that I would estimate that this home might last you five years before it starts having problems. A stick house would have been a good investment 20 years ago, but given the $ you put on this thing it's not going to last that long.
