I guess this would be great for a temporary set up like a trade show or something. But set on a lawn -- by the end of the first weekend the screw legs would be down to the wood! I think that if it were set on a concrete pad it would still wobble at the least. No, the legs make this very impractical.

That's not lawn, that's nasty astroturf. On lawn they recommend removing organic material and plonking in concrete blocks. I'm not sure how stable most soil would be over time? Depends on soil type and drainage I guess? The levelling feet shouldn't wobble if they're set into the nylon threaded tube inserts and are under a load that increases friction - it seems to be the same technology as is used for many other high and medium load manufacturing applications, eg furniture.

I work in warehousing and pack product all day and I wouldn't be able to get all that decking in the boot on that car....so how many trips did they do????

Bunnos hires out utes for $25 an hour. I guess they do delivery too. I use soft straps on the roof of my hatchback to carry loads as well as put the back seats and passenger seat down and I can get a fair amount of stuff in.

Im looking at using your system to deck on top of grass. How would this work ? Would I need to remove the grass and lay concrete blocks to ensure its level and secure ? Thanks

impracticable, the feet are no where near good enough to support the deck and is probably a very expensive product for a couple of 2x6's and a saw would achieve, look up videos on how to build a deck these will tell the basics you need to now it is not difficult just take your time if you are not sure.

I've been comparing the feet to those available separately, eg Dandenong Castors, and relatively small levelling feet can support loads of 800kg or even more if engineered to do so. These don't look small compared to those (and I'm thinking maybe I should just make my own modular decking once the timber shortage is over - with renting you have to take what you build with you).

A bit of kindness to your clients by telling them up front that the example will sink into the grass and be horribly uneven almost immediately would be common sense. The difference between the truth and the whole truth would be better business. Even to just suggest putting the feet on pavers for some chance of remaining level and stability would be a more honest way to treat potential customers! 👎
