@@Northof44Degrees-rj5wt That’s not bad at all! Thank you so much! One other question! Did you have any issue with lender and/or insurance with this being modular vs stick built?

@@mrsrhodes9736, none at all. I even checked with the county building people before we started to make sure there would be no permitting issues. Once the building hits the foundation, its considered stick built by the county, finance and insurance.
