Part 1: • Moe Gangat on Why He B...
--------

The thing I don’t like about judges at sentencing is that they have the power to “judge” if someone’s remorseful or not & can simply give them the max or not . Not everyone displays the same range of emotions the same exact way . Just because he’s sitting there with his arms crossed , doesn’t mean he doesn’t care . He’s in a court room fighting for his freedom , a lot of guys are nervous, they honestly don’t know what the hell to do . Theirs no court room training lessons . A sentence should be based on the crime , evidence & whatever the law in that state decides the time should be for that crime . . . Not based on how the judge feels about how a person is sitting at sentencing . Your telling me if AR-AB put on a act , started fake crying & begging for his freedom , then MAYBE the judge would’ve gave him a lower sentencing ? That’s not weird ? It’s like they want everybody to remember they are GOD in the court room , & they want their toes kissed while giving out a sentence, if you don’t preform well in court , then you’ll get the max. If that’s the case , what’s the point of the law ? . . I mean then again , we saw Kyle Rittenhouse fake cry & get away , so I guess that is the case 🤦🏾‍♂️

He got 45 years bc there's hours upon hours of videos of him telling on himself and his whole crew. U can blame a lawyer but it's hard to defend someone bragging about the crime 64 times. Then come to court acting every bit as heartless as the govt says u are. Now he's crying about this and that, suddenly all kind health probs. No pity for dude, if ur that hard then walk it off.

The fact that they can increase their sentence for you based on your "behavior in court" is ridiculous. Obviously you should act accordingly, but to be able to say thats the reason you're getting more time is ridiculous.

Vlad knows what he’s doing. He’s using it to get more clicks and views, which means more money. When crunchy black started calling him Glad, he made 10 more videos off that topic alone just because he saw how much attention it was getting. He don’t give a damn what we think, he’s just using the topic to make money cause y’all don’t ever shut up about it lmao

Wherever this dude practices law y’all dudes in the life better go give this dude some money and retain him ASAP!!! He’s better be on y’all’s speed dial! There ain’t that many lawyers that speak our language like he does. He’s on the streets side fasho!! Smartest money you’ll ever spend in the life. Like E40 said, keep your lawyer and bail bondsman paid!! I wish that dude practiced law where I’m from! We would definitely have a close relationship.
