The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing - impact.
Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.
This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.
The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.

I started driving my weight onto my left leg and forward mid backswing and it felt so unnatural at first but wow after doing this for the last 6 months or so I have gone from striking 60-70% pure shots too 80-90% pure shots and lowered my score about 3-4 strokes and now shooting level par on avg and also picked up 6-10 yards per club as well! It works and works well! This man knows what he’s saying j mean listen to how pure all his strikes are. Only difference is how wide his stance is I tend to stand with feet a little closer together… MOE was the man! ⛳️🙂🤙🏼🍻

You can do that or press down so hard with that left leg and knee that your hip shoots directly back. It’s the hip rotation. I’m learning this now. This is whil hockey and lacrosse players hit the ball so damn far .. they rotate their hips just right that litterally creates so much force and momentum … have always hit the ball far but was a scooper now learning to hit down and really go at it and the distance has gone up 15-30 yards some clubs

You know what's hilarious? When I first started I hit my driver exactly the same way and didn't even bite it. Never heard of this guy never heard of pretty much most of the legends outside of those who made it into the super mainstream. I didn't know it at the time but I shouldnt have messed with it. I was straight and long but it got into my head I needed to have a two plane swing no matter what to be "good". Now I look back at my swing videos and wish I hadn't changed it lol.

Please do not try to copy moe. His swing is almost impossible to replicate. I'd say the best tip to steal from him is if you want to draw the ball without changing your swing at all is to put the club one clubhead behind the ball. You can tweak it a bit by moving the clubhead farther back to get more draw.

@@ToddGravesGolf there's no absolutes in a golf swing. no good, no bad, it's where the ball ends up that dictates if it was a good swing. and yes Moe's was streamlined efficient and accurate. what more is there to do.
@ToddGravesGolf
@ToddGravesGolf 6 ай бұрын
@@MrKillahippo Data Shows otherwise. Every Good ballstriker is within Biophysical "Metrics" of Body positions. In other words there is an ideal "RANGE" of body position of every good d player. Every Good player also initiates the downswing with the Pelvis first in the Transition and this is a result of proper positioning of the body. Furthermore, if you narrow it down even further and look at a consistency metric, you can narrow down the Metrics of Motion even further. If you spend time in 3D motion settings and laboratories where Motion is measured, you would be shocked and how similar motion metrics are with elite ball strikers. You also said it nicely that MOE NORMAN was "streamlined". That is a nice way to say Biomechanically Efficient with is another way of saying he moved his body into The most efficient metrics possible.

The issue with this in the modern game is power. I love Moe and his swing but you're not swinging 120mph with 170mph ball speed making this move. If you're a high handicapper looking to make better contact, go for it. If you're a kid, particularly a competitive junior, stay away.
