It’s worth getting I’d say to one support Idea factory, two showcase there’s a audience for these games on switch, three for the HD rumble, four because it’s in HD, and fifth and final reason to get it because it’s just a fun game to play even on the switch.

If you like First person dungeon crawling RPG’s you should definitely check out The lost child. A lot of NIS America’s games are on sale via at the eshop, so if you haven’t played the lost child definitely pick it up, it’s very SMT inspired. Moero chronicles H is still pretty enjoyable. Definitely recommended imo because it’s simple fun.

Maro X Damn, I had no idea that game even existed! It looks pretty good, and I am a fan of SMT! But it's so expensive, even at half off..! Almost forty dollars Canadian is more than I like to spend on a game I've only just heard of... If I get it, it'll have to be after doing my research, just like I did with Moero (which I'll probably be playing the heck out of for a good while - the self-aware humour really balances out the perversion). But thank you for your recommendation! Especially since there's still a few days of the sale left with which I can make my decision - I *really* appreciate that!

@KorilD lol, no problem, moero chronicles is roughly a 30-60hr game depending on the difficulty of the game you selected. also another good First person dungeon crawler on switch is labyrinth of refrain coven of dusk. Another good NIS America game, it’s made by the team that works on the disgaea franchises both of which are known to be very time consuming and heavy on the grinding. Labyrinth of refrain’s difficulty is insane, the spike in difficulty is very unforgiving but the story, the writing, the characters, and Voice acting are all top notch, not to mention lots of customization with the units you want to take with you. The game was originally a vita title just like moero chronicles. Interesting thing to note is NIS confirmed that there will be a sequel to labyrinth of refrain so I’d assume the game did rather well and received a fairly good rating when it came to sold copies. Definitely add that to ur wish list if you haven’t. Also good luck trying to find a copy of the game in retail stores. Lol, I had to buy it digitally since it was on sale at the time during the holidays.

Maro X I'm downloading the demo for that one, just to see what it's like! Unfortunately, my left joycon has succumbed to terminal drift (it's constant now, rather than occasionally drifting, which seems to be a common problem) and needs to be replaced/repaired, so I won't be able to afford any more games this month... Still, thank you for the recommendations! They both look like really enjoyable games, so I'll likely keep an eye out for future sales or used copies, unless I unexpectedly fall into money before the 7th, of course..! Your input was really insightful, and I would likely have completely overlooked these two games as being just outside my usual price range! Again, thank you!

@KorilD I have the same issue. It’s always the left joy con that drifts. Luckily I bought a pro controller not too long ago but still quite annoying. Personally the joy cons are the best controllers Nintendo ever made imo, I’ve only owned the switch since October 30th of 2017 and it’s only now that the drifting issue is worsening sucks for me because I got the Mario odyssey red joy con bundle. But anyways also note that if you play the demo of labyrinth of refrain you can transfer the save data from the demo to the base game. So that’s good. have a huge backlog of JRPG’s on the switch lol so Yeah. And once again, no problem! 👌🏻 the more niche game fans that’ll be these games on switch the better.
