Seriously? When I visited for the attestation, they instructed me to go outside and submit to a courier company. The courier company asked me to visit after a specific time period. That''s how I got my documents. The above procedure I found a few years ago. If the old procedure has been restored, then it's good.

MOFA doesn't allow you to submit the documents personally. They accept the document from courier service like TCS.
